Already in the 1920s new settlements sprang up in the south and north of the Old Town and the following streets were laid out: Hubertusweg, Friedhofsweg, Brehmweg encircling the newly established cemetery, Wilhelm Buschweg, Fichteweg, Löeweweg, Ernst Moritz Arndtstr (the present Wróblewskiego Street) and Zedlitzfeldestraße (the present Siedlecka Street).
