In September of 1898 the Szczecin Glówny-Jasienica
rail line was built. After the decision to extend the
line to Trzebiez had been taken in 1903, the second
phase of the investment followed and the line was completed
in 1910. The railway station in Police was erected in
1898 on the grounds located at the edge of the then
town. Its radical rebuilding followed in the years 1937-38,
when the goods station for the synthetic petrol plant
(Hydrierwerke Pölitz-Aktiengesellschaft) under
construction was started.
