Msciecino (Messenthin) - situated south of Police, it is now a part of the town. Few of its thatched timber framed cottages survived till 1945. The inhabitants of the village, traditional farmers and fishermen, grew also apple and plum orchards, the products of which were shipped to Szczecin.
