The chapel of the old church in Jasienica
was the sole survivor of its demolition in 1725. It
was subsequently incorporated into the structure of
the new church dominated by a Baroque tower, three sides
of which were decorated with a clock face. The bell
tower equipped with new bells completed the construction.
The church was radically redecorated in the years 1857-58.
The ridge turret, destroyed at the end of the nineteenth
century, was reconstructed in 1902. The baroque cupola
was removed in the 1970s.
